Php file HELP

my WL coach gave me a disk that he could not open. I see the files. 4 of them they end in php.

What can I download to view it or make it editable?

I know its not a php file off the net as it contains information about WL and is basically a news letter. I did a search on download.com for a "php viewer" but had no luck.

Any suggestions what it is?

My coach is going to contact the person that made the file to see what program he used. My coach is a total n00b to pcs BTW.

went to the link and tha tpage doesn't exist anymore

How can I view the file? WhenI click ont he link it takes me to a dam photo it msn site
