Can anyone alter that picture to "The Hotness Card" and have flames on it.

I need this as a picture for a direct mail piece im doing for a class assaignment. Its going at the top of my letter. If anyone could do this soon, i would be greatful
 
No one is doing my homework. Its just the header at the top of the page. I wrote up the body and just thought it would be cool to have that card say The Hotness at the top. I dont have to have it but it would be cool. My photoshopping skills suck
