Oh to answer your question, yes it's real. There's many pro-communists in Iraq, they wave their flags around more than Nathan Lane on gay pride day. 🙂

Well, you would be wrong to assume that CNN did so, since Fox also carried the same picture . . . unless they borrowed CNN's caption.

What's the big deal, lots of countries have communist parties. Shouldn't we be glad that Iraqi people now have the freedom to wave any flag they want?

Oh, I see, LeRock! 😱 Well, I can't even see the faces of the crowd. The lighting is extremely dark . . . almost as if embossed. So that could be an explanation for the lack of symbols. . . . Well, I guess you never know . . . maybe AP really was up to covering up the shame of putting out communists as proof of relief and happiness amongst the Iraqis, but that wouldn't be CNN doing the deed. *Grin!* 😉 😀

P.S.: If it were indeed "pc-ifying" of the pic, I don't think CNN would have much flak to take, since it would be indirectly covering up for the [US] government. :/ 😛
