Photoshop website making help please

I just started to put a website up and I realized that using the splicing tool in PS, ImageReady, and Dreamweaver to do all the coding, I ended up with a html page tiled with gifs. It looks great and all except when you hover over the slice, the Windows XP box comes up (you know the one with the save icon, print icon, etc) in the upper right hand corner. I know none of the sites have that, so I know I must be missing something here. Am I supposed to save it in a different format or what?

I haven't used IE in a while, but I think if you specify the image height and width in the image tag, that box doesn't show up.

It's weird tho cuz I know for a fact that dreamweaver will automatically put those in if you use the gui to insert the image.
