Photoshop tutorial for websites

I am interested in creating cool designs for my websites and I see a lot of different techniques being used. The problem is that I never have used Photoshop for my websites before and really want to get used to it. I usually use Illustrator for logos and banners or other stuff as decoration.

Does anyone know any professional Photoshop tutorial for websites?
Free or paid, doesn't matter.

You can find tutorials on Lynda.com, but must be a subscriber to gain full access. Also, NAPP and Scott Kelby's site have a lot of tutorial material on PS and Lightroom, but also requires a membership fee to gain access. Both are well worth, IMO, if you are serious about getting up to speed with these programs. There are also many free mini-tutorials on the web (Youtube, etc.), but none of them are of the quality and depth of the two above.

As a web designer, I have to say Fireworks is superior than PS, for the simple reason that it can export styled HTML files, saving hours of work.
