Photoshop specialists!

hi, im using photoshop 7.0 but im sure its similar to 6.0. basically i just did a tutorial, and i saved it as a style. what i want to know is, how can i use this style again, so that i dont have to go through all of the hassle of fixing this certain setting and this certain setting? does anyone know how to use a "style?"
