Photoshop, Slice: Can I exchange images and have a scroll bar! Kinda like frames,

Ok I want to be a able to click "Staff" for example, and it load up a new image with new stuff in the center_main (from top of globe to bottom of menu, all across horizontally, USA and EurRussia) that has a list of 4-5 staff with thumbnails on it, and when I click on a staff member's thumbnail, I would like their profile to pop up in the bottom_right area, keep current image, but with new stuff on top etc.


Short Version: I want the benefits of frames all within Photoshop!

Is this feasible?


Also, can I do a scroll bar, for the bottom_right area!
