Photoshop - redeye fix?

What is the best way to use Photoshop to fix redeye problems? Thanks!

i'm sure there are better ways...
but i use select the eye... and use channel to adjust just certain colors.

There are a number of ways to do it but the quickest (doesn't always work) is to create a new layer, and change the blend mode to "Color". Select the foreground color to black. next, select the airbrush and use the smallest soft edge brush there is, I think it's 5. Zoom into the eye, making sure you have the new layer selected and begin painting out the red eye. You can paint over the reflections in the eye and it shouldn't remove them as your working in the color blend mode.
