How do I change all the oranges in an image to blues?

So where I have dark orange now, I want dark blue, and where I have light orange I want light blue.

The only colors in the image are orange and white if that helps...

Image > Adjustments > Hue/Saturation

Adjust the hue of the oranges (in drop-down menu) until it's blue.
