Photoshop Question

For anyone that might be able to help

I am trying to merge a bunch of photos I took into a panorama. I?m doing this using PhotoShop CS's built in photo-merge function. I however have a problem. Even though I took the pics at the same time spanning the field of view with the same camera settings. The colors don?t map EXACTLY the same. this causes me to have silly lines in the merged photo where they don?t match. And they look really annoying. Some aren?t to bad but others are really bad.

anyone have experience with this? And know how to fix it or something?

I am using advanced blending and it helps nut not enough

you can see an example here
