Photoshop Question - Quick Response Please?

I'm working a new design for my website, Ankitgupta.com, and I'm having a little difficulty in Photoshop 6.0.

I have to use text on the images and I can't figure out how to adjust the spacing of letters to "spread it out" a bit more so its not so tightly packed in the space even though there is more space.
