Photoshop problem

Now whenever I try to resize an image, the dialog box that is supposed to pop up is popping up somewhere I cant see. I believe this is because I used to use dual monitors and it thinks that the other is still there? How can i get this dialog box to pop up on my main monitor!

Have you tried resetting the preferences? For Windows hold down the shitf-alt-ctrl keys when you start it up. On the Mac hold down shift-option-command. You will be asked if you wish to delete the current preference file. Just click Yes and it will belike you are launching PS for the first time.

Under Display Settings (right click on Desktop) go to Settings tab and make sure there is only one monitor. If there are two, make sure the checkbox for "extend my Windows desktop onto this monitor" is not checked. Make sure the current monitor is the primary monitor.
