Photoshop problem: crop tool not working right

well, some time ago, i was making cell-phone wallpapers and i could crop them to the correct pixel dimensions (i could make a non-square crop). I just recently got a new cell and i've gotta make some cool wallpapers for it; but the problem is, now the crop tool is only letting me make a square (as if i was holding shift, but i'm not). Is there some setting somewhere, or does anyone know how to fix this??
 
in the options toolbar at the top change "Style" to "normal" instead of "fixed aspect ratio" - if you cant see the options, make sure the window > Options is checked to see it.
