Photoshop (or other util) help! =o I really need this! (OK)

I need to create a palette file (one that I can use in Photoshop) based on this image:
PALETTE (bad link)?
[edit] Since Prohosting won't cooperate :|, I can describe the image. It's a gradient of colors from left to right. 16 base colors on the left, then 16 greys, then other shade ranges.
The palette has to be in that order, in other words not just those 256 colors, but those 256 colors in order in the palette from left to right. I can't figure out how to do this, help? :Q

heh cool I figure out how people can get the image...just right click it and do save as...it works fine. hope somone can help you dude.

Great, there was a utility there that did it, though I still had to do each element by hand. At least it's done.
