Anyone know of any tutorials on how to make a photo look like a cartoon? I have a picture of my car and I'd like to give it softer edges and a cartoon/drawn look.

Easiest way would probably be to draw over it on another layer.

like skrilla said, livetrace in CS2, it's called autotrace in older versions.

bit of a learning curve to get the results you want, and for optimal results you need to know some illustrator to clean it up, but it's still waaaay faster and better than any method in photoshop.
