Photoshop in win2k

i'm running ps5.0LE in win2k. when i first installed it, it would run fine, but when i exit the program windows would run the debugger and close the computer after a couple of minutes of doing that. over time the problem because less because the debugger would colse the program in almost no time and it wasnt bothering me at all anymore. now i cant even start the program, every time i run it it freezes and that dr watson crap logs errors. i tried reinstalling it but the problem still exists. i'm running win2k build 2195 and adobe photoshop 5.0 LE
