My mother passed and we are wanting to use this pic for her obituary. This is above my skill level. Can anyone help?

Apparently, it's too big to upload here.

Condolences. I can't do photo editing, but what do you want done?

Can't help with the picture, but condolences on the loss of your mom.
:(
I'll miss her. She was never quite the same after she escaped from the basement in Grass Valley. :p

Condolences on your loss. Tried this online. Just blured the background, not photoshop savy. I'll ask a cousin who is a photoshop "expert" if he can fix this.

Try this (not sure about what's going on with the white blemishes in hair; ie, whether that's natural greying or something else; easy to remove if you want it gone). Made pix a bit smaller. It can be sharpened a bit, but that's something you might try to your own satisfaction.

Sorry for your loss.

Thanks all, appreciate the condolences and help.
Still can't get over how she was calling out for Boomer there at the end. :rose:

For those that might be interested, while I did do some clean up by hand, about 2/3 of the heavy lifting on that picture was done by the new AI tools in the beta version of Adobe Photoshop (available to subscribers).
