Well, I have a picture of water and need to get some fish in it. What do I mean by this? I need the fish to look like they are in the water, rather then on top of it. Please help. Thanks.

I just started using Photoshop today (for school project) and so I'm a noob. I have no clue how to lower the settings of the fish to a lower opacity, nor do I know how to add a distortion filter.

Create a new layer for the fish. Press CRTL+SHIFT+N. That will create a new layer. Then, in the layer manager, you can set that layer to a lower opacity. To open the layer manager, click window-layers. With just the fish layer selected, you can do anything you want to just that layer. Good luck.![]()
