Photoshop help again

My wife and I are expecting our first child in June and she thought it would be a cool idea to send out Christmas cards this year of her sonogram with the fetus wearing a santa hat.

I told her my photoshopping skills were bad but that I could ask someone on here.

Also, do you guys think that its weird to do this? I thought it would be a pretty funny idea but some people are strange.

If nothing else, you might want to offer the image via PM, instead of leaving your wife's name on it for the internet to consume.
