Photoshop has a very yellow hue as default colour

I have used Photoshop for years but never seen this. I installed my copy of PS 7 on my daughters computer and every picture I open up is very yellow. I've looked in the colour settings and preferences but can't find a way to get any image to look normal. I uninstalled it and tried again, same yellow hue to all images that I open with it.

As an aside, these same images look fine when opened in ACDSee

Anyone know how I can fix this?
