photoshop guru, how do you make a pic looks like it's an impressionism painting?

I have some bad wedding pics that I think I can savage by turning the picture into look like an impressionism painting, so how do you do it, which filter, settings?

No stock photoshop filter does a good job, but you might play with the watercolor one. The problem with the PS filters is that they are dependent on the resolution of the original image. The larger the image, the less dramatic a result, even if you max out the settings. Corel Paint, iirc, has an "auto-paint" feature that works quite well, but has a lot of options/tweaking.
