Yah. You can use the 30day free trial version to do that.

Word of warning though, if the clip is long, its gona have a lot of cells.

Ok so I cut the clip out with a program and then coverted it to GIF, but it's CHOPPY as hell and it's freaking 6mb....I tried everything I could to get it to work but it's not working. What the hell is going on?

I have the same problem, I see so many movie clips made into animated gifs that seem fast and smooth, I can't take away the chop of mine even with a 1/100sec delay and some major compression.
