Photoshop experts: Need Logo

Looking for a logo to be done. I have the concept in my head but my Photoshop skills suck so I might as well get someone who knows what they are doing have at it.

I need the text "CHEWING ON GLASS" in black on white to be done in a thick, urbanish font. The text should be on a slight path ending in an upward curve. I want the text to be broken down the middle by a jagged crack that would look almost like teeth (sharp sharkish teeth) but also reminiscent of broken glass.

I drew a mockup but it really looks bad and nothing like I want it to look. I need a bigger gap in the middle and it should be perfectly readable. Plus the crack looks nothing like teeth:

Is logo just for a website? If you want it as a company logo for multiple uses you dont want a PS logo, you want vector.

 

It's just for a website. Vector may be better but it's really only a one-image thing. Up to whoever does it. I told you I don't know WTH I am doing 😉
