It's a (film) Canon Rebel 2000.

I got the film scanned by the PhotoLab when I got the film developed. That's just the rez I got from their scan.

The scan is unfixable, but the picture isn't. Get a print made off the film and scan that to get it to digital. Behind all the noise there's enough highlight and color richness here that I'm fairly certain you can get a fine looking print. Just find a shop where there's an older gent who looks uncomfortable selling digital anything and explain it's a dark picture.

Just because the old ways are old doesn't mean they don't work.
 
I think tfinch2's is definitely the best so far
The colors are so dead on the original, that the B&W conversion makes for a huge improvement
