Photoshop Experts- Can you fix these??

These are pictures from my trip to Cancun, and some of them were too bright and some were messed up because my lense was dirty. Is it possible to fix them in Photoshop?? If you can, please tell me what tools you used in Photoshop and email the edited photos to nikonny@aol.com.

I am no Photoshop expert, but those pictures look pretty bad. If you have PS, I suggest you download the Auto Eye plugin, I believe there's a demo. for it. I have used it in the past, and it does an excellent job are repairing pics.
