Photoshop doesn't work in Win2k?

I have a dual boot system running but I can't run Photoshop on Win2k. Is there a special patch that I need for it or something?

photoshop runs great in win2k. what other OS are you dual booting with? are you trying to run photoshop out out of the same directory for both win2k and your other OS?

Ditto that, I've been able to run both Photoshop 5.5 and 6 fine on Win2k pro with no patches installed.

Maybe you haven't got a decent version of it and files are missing.

Well I tried reinstalling it last night and got some error message regarding sharing the same physical harddrive with photoshop 6.0 on my WinME partition. It works, but I wonder what that error message means. Earlier this week though..I couldn't install photoshop, the exe files were corrupt or something. they just wouldn't work.

You can't install PS into the same app path (to conserve space) as you did under Win9x. (Drag.) It howls at you to set the PS swap file to a different partition, and preferably different physical drive, from the app drive.
