Photoshop CS3 BETA has been out since 15th december! (its already spread around the internet obviously)
I just messed around with it a bit and the new layout looks good, and it seems to have some nice enhancements over the previous, such as the bridge, a very nice b&w conversion option, it runs MUCH faster in my system than CS2... Well you can find out for yourself
Also bear in mind this is the STANDARD version, and Adobe will release standard and premium.. so dont expect all the features to be available in this release
