Photoshop CS2 users, how do I disable this feature?

Ok, I somehow set some type of keyboart shortcut to always show this:

You see how the lines around the circle show up? For some reason I had pressed a key combination and do not know what that was lol. Anyone have any idea how to turn this off so that this isn't showed as default when I click on the select tool?

It is as though I always have CTRL T on but I really don't want it on until I press the key combination of CTRL + T.

Thanks in advance!

I looked through it but can't figure out which one it is. Is there anyway to completely reset the Photoshop tools without having to uninstall and re-install it?

I figured it out. If you click on the Move Tool and then you go up top to its menu, there is a Show Transform Controls check box. If you uncheck that, it fixes this. I've been dealing with this for a few months now lol. It was easy as pie.

Have you ever thought about using Photoshop Elements instead of CS2? It is really much easier. You would probably be very happy with it.
