photoshop cs2 slow

this is the slowest photoshop i ever used. anyone know how to make it faster like the other ones?

Sure, buy a faster computer.

The latest Photoshop flies on my my Barton 3200 at 400 fsb with 1.5 gigs of ram.

Are you on a mac? Pchop CS is snappy as hell on my 3500+ machine but lags like sh1t on the G5 (dual 2Ghz, 1.5 GB, etc) in my office (not my choice).

no mac on pc. the others were faster why is this one slower?

Photoshop requires more RAM, it's not just any app. Want it to fly? Get 2GB of RAM.

CS2 is about the same speed as the original CS for me.

CS2 seems to run fast enough with my system (Athlon 2400+ with 512MB)

i have a amd 2400+ 1gb ram
ps8 ran so good but this one is slower
