Is anyone familiar with this? I need help. I have a Canon SD700 camera and I take my pictures at the largest available setting. I go ahead and post process the pictures in Photoshop.

I'm looking to cut a few corners.

This is what I do. I insert my SD card into my reader. I then cut all the pictures off the card and paste it into my Camera folder in which I have it sorted by date. I then open Photoshop CS2 and use an action to batch process the pictures down to 600x800 pixels.

I would like to be able to just drag the folder in which the pictures are on the SD card onto the droplet and then have it automatically batch process the pictures down to 600x800 and save it into another folder on my actual hard drive. Does anyone know if this is even possible?

If all you do is resize, then you can do it with Faststone Image Viewer. It can batch process entire folders or select images. It has some other editing options as well.

And it's free to boot.
