Photoshop Assistance --> Duplicating "Curvy" Arrow...

I'm trying to make the same arrow as THIS

Is there a way I can use a REGULAR arrow and MODIFY it to be curvy like that?

Or find a "boomerang"ish CUSTOM OBJECT instead? (And I've tried Photoshop Exchange but haven't found it yet).

Adobe Illustrator!

You need a drawing program... unless you are any good at using the stupid pen tool in PS.

Nah, just use the pen tool. It won't be as good as Illustrator, but you can get, at least, that done.
