Photoshop and Tablet's pressure

Hi

I've bought a USB tablet for me from Plawa (www.plawa.de), I know it isn't a Wacom tablet (which people say "rules!"), but it was affordable e functional.
Anyway, this tablet has pressure sensibility which can be recognized by Photoshop.

Photoshop didn't detected at 1st time, and then I remebered the reason why.

In Adobe's download section, there was a DLL that is needed to be installed that would allow Photoshop to recognize the pressure from the pen.

But the only thing it tells me, is to put the DLL into the system.ini and in the \system folder. And until now, I didn't received a single e-mail from Plawa support about, only the receipt telling me the e-mail was opened.

Can someone help me with that before I lay down and die waiting for some answer from Plawa?
