Photoshop and Monitor Calibration software???

I just got a NEC LCD. I started up photoshop and got the followig message...
"the monitor profile NEC LCD 1515@7500K appears to be defective. Please run your monitor calibration software."
There are two options , Ignore or Cancel.
If I hit either, the warning goes away and I can run Photoshop.

i don't see any real problem on the screen.
Can anyone shed some light on what this means??
