Update: 3:45 AM CST

Last set of photos with an eclipse. I'm getting tired. Next photo will be a full shot of the moon, enlarged when eclipse is completely gone.

I was out there at 3am watching for a good hour. I took some pictures but they look like crappy orange blobs... (no tripod). Thanks for the beautiful shots.

Decent photos. I wasn't really interested in this kind of thing. I saw it once on accident late at night a few years ago when I went outside at night. (One of the rare times I actually went into my backyard just for whatever) I don't feel I ever need to see it again.

Nice! Thank you for posting that. I went out but the clouds never relented. It was clear up to about an hour before the eclipse started, argh.

WOW! Thank you! It was cloudy here in Cen Tex and we only got a few looks here and there.

Very nice pictures! I couldn't see it last night, since there was so much cloud cover.

Great photos and documentation of the event!
I missed it, because it just wasn't on the right night for me to wake up at that time or whatever.

I've watched one before, but if timed right I wouldn't pass up watching it again. I love looking out at the neighborhood, though doing so from the city isn't as neat as it could be.

I love when I travel out to a place with little civilization and one can see the band of dust and light that forms one of the arms of our galaxy.
