Do any of you guys use any calibration equipment for your monitors?
I was looking at ColorPlus by colorvision.
I always have to "guess in" my pics before printing. My contrast has to be heavier and my color correction overstated before I print or the prints look like shyt.
It's always been a problem and I though some sort of calibration may help.
Do any of you guys use anything?
Ideas/suggestions?

I've read about them and came very close to buying one myself. I must have forgotten they existed or I would have had one by now =) Go for it and tell us how it is.

Do you have Photoshop? If so, try using the Adobe Gamma that comes with it. Its not great since it relies on your eyes to calibrate, but its better than nothing. And its free if you already have Photoshop. Just goto: Start>Control Panel>Adobe Gamma. :)

How often do you calibrate? Do you notice much of a difference between calibrations?

I think I might try to skate with the cheaper option and then bump up to the spyder2pro if necessary.
I'd like to find spyder2pro second hand, but I don't have a clue as to where to look.
