Photographers Vest With Only Inside Pockets?

My wife is looking for an "anti' safari vest. One with only inside pockets. She wants to blend in more while taking pics. (yes I know the camera/flash will tip people off)
Anyone know of such a vest?

That's interesting.
Right now she uses a backpack/shoulder type bag. But she's afraid that if she sits it down to change lenses, etc and loses track of it for a second, someone will walk away with everything in one neat carry bag.

Interesting. Why not wear a regular vest inside out?

My vote is for inside-out.
Also, a lot of tactical jackets & vests you find at military sites have loads of internal pockets. But that may not be what you like.
