Photographers, I have a question

It seems that whenever I take a photo of the ocean or a lake, the horizon seems to tilt down on the left hand side. I am wondering if this is just me, my camera or normal?

I think it must be the ocean because other things are level. Maybe I should focus on the Ocean being level instead of the treelines? It's a Konica Minolta Dimage Z3.

Actually, that one looks okay .. the horizon is straight and angle of the ground is a result of the parallax effect.

Some of the others though, yeah, you need to hold the camera straight.
