Photocopiers

Hello. I have spent all day searching google to find prices on photocopier rental. I would like to review black and white copier rental price, and color ones as well. Please help me.

I've got some Ricoh 2238's in use. They are multifunction color/B&W printer/copiers/scanners/emailing machines. Easy to use. Easy to set up. Cheap. And so far, pretty reliable.

Every Xerox machine I've used has been a flaming, overpriced hunk of crap. Every Konika/minolta machine I've used has a useless touch screen.

Not much experience with the Canon or HP multi-function machines.

i've used a number of HPs and they seem nice. i can't say i can offer comparison information though.

I second the vote for Ricoh... For the life of me, I can't remember the model #'ss I used... but I used to admin four Ricoh copiers... they were the best copiers I've ever seen. They weren't small ones.... gah I need to remember the model#.

We have a Ricoh one at work and it's simply amazing. Another vote from me.

Ikon manages the Canon copiers at my office. I'd say they work well. Stupid user error causes the most problems. I'm usually called to unjam the thing.

Speaking from a company standpoint. Toshiba has been the least reliable while Canon has been the most (though we did get one canon lemon that needed replaced)
