Either. I don't have any graphics programs at all, but I need it done quick to make the joke worthwhile, so I turned to my fellow ATOTers! It odesn't have to look nice, it just has to say the text.

Well the problem with paint is that it doesn't support anti-aliasing and transparency as you know.
