Photochop help needed

I'd love to have the NASCAR logo made into a signature of 450 pixels wide by 60 pixels high. I'd like the circle with the line through it over the NASCAR logo.

Here's the NASCAR logo

Here's a red circle with the line through it that I'd like over the NASCAR logo. It doesn't have to be this exact one, but I'd like one like it.

I don't know how this would work only being 60 pixels high, yet 450 pixels wide.

If it's not too tough for a Photoshop master to do something like this, I'd really appreciate it.

Do you have any bigger versions of the NASCAR logo? You're right, 450x60 is going to be a little akward.

It looks like it's going to be impossible to make this 450 by 60 with the circle.

What I really wanted was something like those old bumper stickers that said "just say no to drugs", only I wanted NASCAR in place of drugs of course. I can't seem to find a photo of one of those old bumper stickers though.
