My friend recently bought a dell photo966 all in one network printer. (supposedly)
The problem however is that whenever it is used for something like scanning it will crash the internet on their wireless network.
The problem does not seem to be their router since if the printer is taken out of the equation everything works fine.
They also have vonage voip which is also connected to the printer.
I'm going to look at it tomorrow but if anyone has experienced a problem like this, it would be great if I knew some techniques to fix it before going there.
