Photo shop Tech help

Uhhh... please be more specific? How are you opening the file? Just double clicking on it?
 
Any file if i try to open it any way it wont open egcept one way. I have to open Image Ready and then go to file and selecrt "edit with photoshop" and then I can open it. i have reinstalled it liek 3 times and still nothing has fixed it.
