I am wanting a photo quality laser printer

my impression is that the inkjets are giving better quality than the lasers but i do not want to keep paying big time for ink

I have a big need to produce info sheets with photos in thousands

Hope you're ready to shell out mega-bucks. Good quality laser printers doing just color run around $600 at least, and they are nowhere near the DPI you need for quality photo prints. You're probably looking at several thousand dollars for anything of quality.
