I know there are a bunch of you here that take pictures tho i dont know how many of you if any actually get them printed, i however happen to print a bunch of then

anyway ive been expirmenting with different places to get them printed and different papers

just got one back today from mpix (http://www.mpix.com/)
printed on this kodak metallic paper its this pic http://rootminus1.com/photo/displayimage.php?album=24&pos=1

ive had it printed on a few diff papers, currently have a matted 13x19 copy printed on epson enhanced matt paper prionted off a epson 4800 printer and it looks pretty sweet, i also have a copy comming from elcocolor (http://www.elcocolor.com/) on super luster to see how it compairs as well

however this kodak paper is something else, the print looks like it was printed on a piece of super shiny sheet metal, it has a totally different feel, for B&W its freeking sweet, i have also seen color pohotso printed on it and they look good also but it only really works on certain photos,

anyway if any of you really like B&W photos, i suggest you get something printed on it, they are pretty cheap a 12x18 only costs liek 15$

yea you can do that, its not an inkjet paper IIRC you need one of those special RA4 printers for it

yeppers D70
you can do it with a canon you just need to have your camera modified, and then it will ONLY be doint IR

ya i know...not worth it to me right now. just have to use Photshop to fake it (although the results are pretty much worthless when you look at the real deal)

there are some pretty good actions/plugins that will do it and do a pretty good job of it
