ok here is my situation I have a cable modem connected to my main comp and I have another comp in the basement and I don't want to run CAT5 through the walls or have an electrician do it so I picked up a 3com 3c410-KIT HPNA kit, now I installed both phoneline networking cards in both the comps, but I am a true idiot when it comes to networking and the info in the manual does not give instructions for windows XP so I tried using the Network Wizard to no avail now I am stuck, now the Cable Modem connects into a 3com 3905c 10/100 networking card and that is all any help at all will be much appreciated and yes both PCs are running XP pro
thanks in advance

got o 3com and download the xp drivers for the phoneline network, also it should have come with some sort of networking software. (if not you can use microsofts networking software)
