Phone: What's the best setup for me

Cell or landline is all I can do, since it's a stretch to get broadband. I put in about 7 hours interstate long distance per month.

This costs about $50 using conventional landline long distance, or $35 using 10-10 long distance. This is rediculous. Ideas?

Edit: Well, I suppose VoIP would work... Maybe.
