i am calling humana to find out information about health insurance coverage and they use those $hitty voice prompts. if you clear your throat you end up choosing some option you dont want. if you choose what seems like the correct option you end up at a dead end. man i hate these. it turns out that if you just say 'screw you' over and over the option for speaking to an operator finally comes up.
 
the trick with those is just dont say anything...eventually itll bring you to someone who can PROPERLY direct your call
