I’m looking for some business phone software for my small business.
It would need to run on Windows 7 for just one phone line that is VoIP.
What I want is: When the business phone rings that it would immediately show on the computer screen their name, phone, and a screen where I can add personal data, sales info, and can integrate with MSOffice such as Excel, Word and Outlook. Perhaps even give some logs of statistics for callers.
What is out there? It does not need to be SUPER POWERFUL; something simple would work just fine.
When my business was smaller, I would keep this info in an Excel file and add to it. But now, business getting bigger, it takes too much time to start scrolling through an Excel file to find what I need everytime the phone rings.
