Being a cheap ass right now, I'm just going to use my phone to record, until I buy a new camera.
Having difficulty finding the proper tripod/mount type stuff I have in mind. Been casually searching the past few weeks, but nothing is popping out as what would do the job.
While I will record myself talking about stupid shit, I'd also like to record whatever I may doing on my work bench. Possibly how-to type stuff, whatever.
I'm thinking some sort of clamp to hold the phone, that mounts to the tripod. But then I'm finding it tricky as something adjustable (kind of like the Gorillapod type stuff?) to prop the phone at a 90-ish angle as well.
I was recommended a GorillaPod, but I'm not sure that their height will cut it. Adjustable to 2-3ft at most, I'm thinking?
Sooner I can get on with this & started on what I have in mind, the better.
