Phone Orders Software for Online Stores?

We have just started an online store and have had a good bit of people that would like to order over the phone but we have no way to process their order (i.e. Fill in their info, calculate shipping cost, etc). Does anybody know any good software for that? Thanks.

Why can't your employees just fill out the same online order form that the public does, just get the info over the phone?

It helps to have a bit more information about the business, etc.

Well, I have started with a Yahoo store and it cost me a certain percentage every time a make an online order so it would be beneficial to not go that route. The store is www.EliteDeals.com www.EliteDeals.com . Thanks for any info.

Are you using Yahoo's merchent services or do you have your own merchant account.
